Hello! I’m a New York-based multidisciplinary designer with a passion for creating compelling visual identities. I am dedicated to creating designs that are both visually captivating and strategically aligned with the message, ensuring they resonate with the intended audience.
TOMO
UI / UXTOMO is an app that provides a solution for busy parents to request a ride for their children. I focused on the struggle of young parents having to give up their careers to take care of their children, which includes driving their children to/from school. They can track their children to see if they reach their destinations safely. I conducted research interviews, information architecture, and visual branding.
PROBLEM
Parents, especially in their 20s or 30s, face the struggle of losing their opportunities to advance their career by starting the work later / leaving the work earlier than other colleagues to drive their children to their destination including school and after-school activities.
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
INTERVIEWS
I conducted interviews with 5 women online who are in a different situation because essentially working women / single parent tend to go through the struggle.

WIREFRAMES
USER TESTING- Two of the user testings have struggled to choose saved option.
- Drivers should be required to have camera in the car in the back seat for parents to check the live video of the children.
- One of the user testing pointed out not feeling safe with just with a picture and some live connection with the kids is necessary.
- There should be an option for “One-time trip” or “Regular trip”.
- The word choice “Now”, “Later”, “Schedule Regularly” is a bit confusing.
