CHALLENGE

Burve is a decentralized exchange protocol designed for stablecoins, enabling seamless swaps between dollar-pegged assets. Burve began as a product designed for Berachain, a playful, bear-themed blockchain with a whimsical, unpolished aesthetic. While the product received positive feedback, the original branding felt too niche and lacked the polish needed to reach a broader audience.

SOLUTION

Crypto brands often feel intimidating and indistinguishable. For Burve, I set out to create a modern, approachable identity that stands apart from competitors while reflecting its role as a better “Curve”, improving on stable swap protocols.
Through research and ideation, I built around the concept of “Magnetic Attraction”: a visual metaphor for connection and seamless flow. The result is a brand that feels innovative yet friendly, enabling transparent, frictionless transactions for all users.
